General conditions of sales

BUSINESS HOURS:     7:30 AM to 7:30 PM Monday thru Saturday. We are closed on all

                                            major holidays.

 

PRICING:                       5% minimum handling charge on orders above $100.00.

 

ORDERS OVER:            Discount Schedule: 

                                            For every $100 spent, there will be a 10% discount.

 

ORDERING:                   All invoices, shipping agreement, and credit card authorization

                                            forms will be email directly to the customer once order is

                                            processed. All cancellations of orders should be made within 24 hrs

                                            after purchase.

 

TERMS:                           All checks may be subject to a 3 day clearing period before product is

                                            shipped.

 

SHIPPING:                    If your order is in stock it typically ships within 1-2 business days. 

                                           Orders are shipped via US mail or common carrier, depending on

                                           size and weight. Please specify if priority shipping is desired.

                                           "Same day shipping" can be made if orders are placed before 2:00 p.m.

                                            Eastern Standard Time.

 

RETURNS:                      Returns will be accepted up until 10 days of delivery date. We will

                                            issue a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) to you. 

                                            This must clearly be written on the returning box. All returns must

                                            be in saleable conditions. All shipping cost on returned items are the

                                            responsibility of the customer.
